Q: Do any non-band students or families come?
A: YES! This is a VERY, VERY, VERY popular event. This event attracts more than 500 guests including civic leaders, Paschal parents, grandparents, and students.
Q: Is there a minimum age for attendees?
A: Although this event is family friendly, infants and toddlers are NOT encouraged to attend as the event is very loud. All attendees must pay the same entrance price. There are no-child-priced tickets.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: The Big Band Dance is a semi-formal event. Men wear sports jackets or suits. Ladies wear cocktail dresses or semi formals. No jeans please. Be sure to wear your dancing shoes! The jazz band tunes will make you want to dance all night long!
Q: Is food served at this event?
A: Yes, we'll serve sodas, lemonade, and water, plus some light appetizers and desserts. All refreshments are included in the price of your ticket. However, no actual meal is served, so you might want to eat a "real" dinner before you come! This is a family friendly event, so no alcohol is served.
Q: What are the ticket and table options?
A: This event sells out! So, buy your tickets early. If you want reserved seating, consider getting a group together and buy a table.
- Individual tickets cost $20 in advance (purchased at school) and $25 at the door. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. Checks should be made out to "Paschal Band Boosters"
- Tables for 10 start at $300 and include reserved seating. Tables must be purchased in advance. NO reserved seating is sold the night of the event. You must present one payment for a table (we cannot group individuals into table purchases).
