Thanks to everyone who helped make our registration a success on Saturday! From parent volunteers to student leadership assistance to general membership attendance, we all worked together to get the 2019-2020 school year off to a great start. For any members who were unable to make it on Saturday, we’ll be sending out info over the next week or two as to how to take care of the various items that were handled at the event.
Reminders for the week: INSTRUMENT CHECK-OUT FOR ANYONE NOT ATTENDING REGISTRATION: All brass, woodwind and percussion students should have an instrument at home this summer. If you were issued an instrument on Saturday but did not take it home, stop by the band hall this week to pick it up. If you were not able to attend registration, email Mr. Wright Bryan.Wright@fwisd.org to set up a time to come by on Monday or Tuesday of this week or next week. There is no rental fee for the summer session. STUDENTS WHO MISSED REGISTRATION: Families can reference the attached PDF to see what we took care of on Saturday. For fee payments, you can drop a check or cash off at the band hall in the booster club drop box. You can also pay online at www.paschalband.com . For the Charms data, you can login using the campus code “paschalhsband” and a student ID as the password. Uniform sizing will be taken care of during the first week of August. Instruments can be checked out using the information above. BAND OFFICER ELECTIONS: Use the link sent out in the 2019-2020 Remind 101 group (text @1920p to 81010 to join) to vote. Video links for each candidate are included in the ballot. Students are each allowed one vote. Voting will be open for one week. Thanks to all of the students who are running for an office!! Offices that do not require a vote are not included on the ballot. AUDITION RESULTS ANNOUNCED THIS WEEK: Band assignments for the 2019-2020 will be sent out this week.
